We are unique in our approach at the Invisible Café, and we aren’t even an actual café! So do browse, learn about our community, why not join us if you have an Invisible Illness or disability and make friends with other members.
Following Government guidelines: all classes and events will be conducted online until further notice.
Wash your hands, cover your face and make space.
We host a safe and comfortable programme of get-togethers in the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, dedicated to people with invisible disabilities. Everyone is welcome.
96% of disabilities are invisible, meaning you wouldn’t usually know about them unless you were told. Similarly, an invisible disability is one that cannot be seen, may not require a wheelchair, crutches or even a blue badge.
We organise get-togethers in 'third spaces', such as local cafes, gyms, public libraries, and more, that take into account the needs of our local population with invisible disabilities. These can help boost well-being and reduce social isolation in the community.
