MINDFUL MONDAYS - 3 week course Starting soon!

COMING SOON...

This 3 week course can help you enjoy life more and understand yourself better.  By  paying more attention to the present moment, to your own thoughts and feelings and to the world around you – can help improve your mental wellbeing.   This practice of awareness is "mindfulness" and this course can help you take steps to develop it into your daily life.

Helping improve cognitive and sensory motor function, self-esteem, self awareness, emotional resilience; also helps reduce stress whilst enhancing mood and wellbeing.  We know everyone has a story in them but, do you have an artful Masterpiece in you?  Start with Art and find out.

WRITING FOR WELLBEING

EVERY THURSDAY @ 11AM-12:30PM

Remember that old saying 'the pen is mightier than the sword?' Writing For Wellbeing is a mix of creative & self-reflective writing exercises.  No previous writing experience required!  Writing helps to calm the mind, encourage positive thinking and mood, in a very creative way.  Join us


YOGA FOR YOU - with Paloma Yoga

EVERY FRIDAY @ 11AM-12:30PM

Energise your body & mind in this fun, Yoga Class. Classes are open to anyone with a visible/invisible disability or health conditions.  The class will be tailored to your unique needs and improve your strength and fitness.  You can be seated or bring a yoga mat.

The Craft of Up-Cycling - with Steffi

EVERY SATURDAY @ 11AM - 12:30PM

The Craft of UpCycling is a wonderful class where you can learn new skills to update your unwanted items. Make something lovely out of nothing and have some too!  No experience necessary... 

NHS COVID GUIDELINES

At The Invisible Café we follow NHS Advice and Government Guideline in relation to being Covid-19 Safe.


There are simple things you can do in your daily life that will help reduce the spread of COVID-19 and other respiratory infections and protect those at highest risk.   

  • Get vaccinated
  • Let fresh air in if meeting others indoors.
  • Practise good hygiene: wash your hands cover your coughs and sneezes clean your surroundings frequently 
  • Wear a face covering or a face mask - when applicable
